When and where is the event?
MemoryTrends Conference & Expo is taking place March 3-5, 2009 at the  Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. The conference program will begin  March 2, 2009 . The exhibit floor will be open March 3-5, 2009.

What are the hours of the event?

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Why do I have to answer demographic questions when filling out the registration form?
The information collected helps us tailor MemoryTrends Conference & Expo according to the needs and preferences of our attendees. Demographic information allows us to provide overall event statistics to our exhibiting partners.

Postal addresses, Telephone numbers, Fax numbers, E-mail addresses and other personally identifying information and data may be used to promote MemoryTrends Conference & Expo products and services, and may be rented and/or licensed to select outside firms for promotional purposes. Offers for which the personally identifying information and data are rented and/or licensed for use and the users are required to target their offers carefully.

Fax numbers may be used to communicate information about MemoryTrends Conference & Expo to an attendee, exhibitor, and/or sponsor. Information communicated may include, but is not limited to, confirmation of registration for an attendee, receipt of conference fee for an attendee, exhibitor or sponsors newsletter to an exhibitor or sponsor, welcome letter to an exhibitor or sponsor, list of due dates to an exhibitor or sponsor, and general information regarding an event.

E-mail addresses provided may be used to collect feedback, promote MemoryTrends Conference & Expo, and may be rented to other firms and/or licensed for promotional purposes. When you provide your e-mail address to us, you agree to receive e-mail from MemoryTrends Conference & Expo. We allow users to "opt-out" of receiving e-mail from outside firms when e-mail information is collected and with each e-mail use of the user's address you can individually "opt-out" of receiving further e-mail from outside firms or MemoryTrends Conference & Expo that sent you the e-mail. If a user does not choose to "opt-out" at the time the e-mail address is collected, or does not respond to the questions concerning how we may use their e-mail address, the address may be used by MemoryTrends Conference & Expo, or rented and/or licensed for use to outside firms. Offers for which the e-mail address is rented and/or licensed for use require the users to target their offers carefully.

What is the difference between "Advance Pricing" and "Onsite Pricing" 
Advance pricing allows you to register for any of the conference or exhibit hall packages at a discounted rate. Please Note: Onsite pricing will go into effect beginning March 3rd, 2009 for ALL methods of registration.

What if I have not received my email confirmation? 
If registering via internet/mail/fax, an email confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed successfully. Please PRINT the confirmation for your records.

Can I upgrade my registration? 
If you have already registered and would like to upgrade, you will be able to contact a customer service representative about upgrading your registration. The original pricing you registered for will be deducted from your final conference price. No downgrades are accepted. Contact information will be posted as soon as it is available.

How can I update incorrect information on my confirmation? 
If any information on your confirmation is incorrect (or if you have not yet received a confirmation!), please contact us as soon as possible. Corrections that can be made prior to the advance mailing deadline will ensure that any updates arrive to you in a timely manner, as well as help to avoid delays at on-site check-in. you will be able to contact a customer service representative about correcting your information. Contact information will be posted as soon as it is available.

How do I obtain a registration receipt?
Be sure to print the confirmation you receive when your registration is complete. This confirmation will serve as your receipt. If you have questions regarding the registration receipt, or if you did not receive a confirmation, simply contact a customer service representative. Contact information will be posted as soon as it is available.

Are children allowed at the show? Is there an age restriction? 
No one under the age of 14 is allowed on the show floor. Any children between the ages of 14-18, at the show during open exhibit floor hours only, must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone at the show (adult or child) MUST pay the registration fee and have a badge/badge holder to access the exhibit floor. Due to safety regulations, baby strollers/carriages are NOT permitted on the exhibit floor.

What is the cancellation policy?
All registration fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable.

How do I request assistance if I would like a sign language interpreter or a wheelchair?
Attendees requiring sign language interpreters or wheelchair assistance are required to check the box for assistance on the registration form, in order to ensure the availability of the service. Please be sure to identify any special needs on the registration form.
